Established in 2009, Palladium has prided itself in being the leader of high rise window cleaning throughout New York City. Our employees are highly experienced and thoroughly trained in the use of various suspended scaffolding systems, BMU’s, aerial lifts and supported scaffolding. All field employees and members of our management team undergo thorough training on the latest safety rules, regulations and best work practices to ensure each job is completed with the upmost quality and equal levels of safety precautions. Palladium Window Solutions operates in the tri-state region, servicing NY, NJ, CT as well as Philadelphia and carries a New York City Department of Buildings Special Rigger's License.

Jason Dove serves as President of Palladium Windows Solutions. As part of the organization’s leadership team, Mr. Dove is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the company as well as development and expansion through hiring new personnel and managing client relationships. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the highest-level quality of work with an emphasis placed on safety at all times, and assuring products used are environmentally friendly.

JUSTIN LEISENHEIMER

Senior Vice President, Sales

Justin Leisenheimer joined Palladium Window Solutions in 2017, serving as its Sales Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s sales, managing existing client relationships and generating new business. Prior to joining Palladium Window Solutions, Justin was the Director of Operations of Titanium Scaffold Services where he managed the company’s operations.

Justin is a graduate of the University of Maine where he majored in Advertising and Public Relations. Mr. Leisenheimer is an active supporter of numerous charities and is on the committee for the enCourage Kids Foundation.

ANDREW HORTON

Assistant Vice President, Operations

Andrew Horton has been in the building maintenance industry for 10 years, beginning his career in the field at 200 Park Avenue. Over the last 3.5 years, Andrew has managed operations for Palladium’s team of over 100 window cleaners. His field experience and operational leadership have been crucial in maintaining high standard of service and safety. Andrew’s ability to coordinate and oversee a large team ensures efficient and effective window cleaning operations, contributing significantly to the company’s success and client satisfaction.
